I quoted some costs for plastic surgery in the Plastic Surgery Insurance Coverage article. These were from the ASPS, and based on national averages.

Charles Downey, the editor at cosmeticsurgery.com, sent me an email pointing out that costs for many of the procedures are less expensive if you go down south, to South Carolina, for example. His research found a 20% difference in costs for cosmetic surgery between NY and SC! I would add that costs are probably also cheaper in the Midwest.
